We are looking for an English-speaking Sales Support Specialist (On-site) to join one of our exciting projects in the financial industry.

What you will do in this role
As a Sales Support Specialist on our team, you will:
- Systematic and proactive coordinate the Supplies Big Deal renewals, identifying ahead of time what needs to be renewed in coordination with the Supplies Specialist in the country
- Check for deal gross margin optimization opportunities
- Manage the Supplies Big Deal preparation/creation/approval process
- Update Supplies Big Deals and proactive evaluation of quantity
- Adjust product adds/discount on account manager/reseller request
Concentrix + Webhelp is a great match if you:
- Are proficient or bilingual in English
- Are an advanced user of Excel
- Have high communicative skills and are organized
- Have excellent knowledge of Office and CRM systems
