Main Tasks:
Supplies Big Deal renewals:
- Systematic and proactive coordination of the Supplies Big Deal renewals, identifying ahead of time what needs to be renewed in coordination with the Supplies Specialist in the country.
- Checking for deal gross margin optimization opportunities.
- Managing the Supplies Big Deal preparation/creation/approval process.
- For both Corporate/Enterprise/Public and Mid-Market end-customers.
Supplies Big Deal updates:
- Proactive evaluation of quantity updates.
- Product adds/discount adjustments on account manager/reseller request.
SalesForce.com:
- Supplies Bid Deal opportunity entry and updates.
Requirements
-Native level of Swedish and/or Norwegian
- High level of English
- Advanced user of Excel
- Organized and high communicative skills
- Excellent knowledge of Office and CRM systems
Hours and Benefits:
- Shift: 39 hours/week from Monday - Friday from 09:00 - 18:00
- Salary: 20,000 Euros gross/year + up to 1,400 Euros gross/year in bonus
- Permanent contract
