High Voltage Service is a separate unit within the High voltage-business unit. Our core business is to provide various services and after sales support for products belonging to the High voltage products portfolio, technical support services to internal and external costumers.
Working as a technical sales support specialist in the HV service team gives you an opportunity to work with technical solutions and expertise as one main area of responsibility areas working with sales teams locally as well as globally. This job is based in Ludvika, Sweden.
Your responsibilities
Providing technical solutions and advice regarding high voltage equipment towards sales and customers.
Working with product care and identifying suitable replacement components and maintaining or updating documentation.
Collaborate with other employees cross functional, within the local unit as well as the global organization to achieve goals within the unit.
Offering general support to global team regarding questions about products specification and suitability, provide and details and knowledge connected to our high voltage products.
Monitor change processes initiated on active products and provide input on change impact from service perspective.
From time to time create reports or formalize technical documentation in form of FMEA or RCA’s.
Your background
Detailed knowledge about high voltage products is required for you to be successful in this role.
You are happy to take initiative, propose solutions and contribute to our department.
Fluent in both Swedish and English, verbal and written.
You are a cooperative and transparent team-player with a holistic perspective on what is best for the company.
To be successful in the role we see that you have strong communicative skills as well as commercial experience.
You hold a university degree within relevant field and/or similar work experience.
