Description
Stora Enso is currently looking for a new member in the Customer Service Center team. The center consist of teams in six different countries that operate internationally. Due to a recent expansion of the organization the Swedish unit is now looking to expand from three members to four. You will work as the link between the production, sales office and customers. The primary responsibility of this position is to support sales with different administrative task such as handling the order-delivery process and questions regarding payments. You will also continuously update orders and deliveries in the business system as well as perform other required tasks.

You will cooperate with different units, involved in the sales process, within the company as well as work closely with customers in different projects. The role is important in the sales process to facilitate and ensure customer satisfaction and your ability to cooperate with both colleagues and customers is crucial to succeed.

The position is located in Falun

Qualifications
We are looking for a person that has a bachelor degree or equivalent relevant work experience. Previous experience of working with customer service or sales is advantageous. We expect you to be fluent in Swedish and English with a high degree of communication and people skills.

To succeed in the role you need to be highly motivated and very service oriented. You should also be detailed focus, able to work both independently and in teams. Your ability to handle deadlines and prioritize workload is crucial for this position as well as being flexible and good at problem solving.
