We are now looking for an operational Sales Team Lead for one of our Swedish sales teams based here in the Stockholm office. This is a great opportunity to join an amazing journey and keep building and developing our great sales force 🔥

Key tasks in the role:

- Responsible for your team's results
- Development of sales representatives (coaching, training, 1-2-1, setting targets/KPI's, on-boarding etc.)
- Setting the example of culture & values
- Part of the Sales Management team


Is this you?

- Worked in a similar role at a B2B SaaS or/and recruiting industry
- Management experience
- Get things done - a pragmatic doer
- Coaching personality
- Flexible
- Want to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in Swedish and English
