Service and Installation in Karlskrona
Service & Installation is one of the identified growth areas for NKT the coming years. We see a strong growth potential both in offshore as well as in onshore cable services. Our goal is to help maximize the value of our customers’ cable assets and support in the best possible way should a cable outage occur. For example, new digital services and service contracts plays a key role here.
Our experienced service and installation team is active worldwide with a footprint in Karlskrona, Cologne and Copenhagen. Our customers are national and international energy companies but also more local energy providers and energy asset owners.

Own responsibility to tender and negotiate
In the role as a Sales & Tender Manager, you are an integrated part of the Service & Installation sales team with an own responsibility to tender and negotiate the products in our service portfolio. You will have direct contact with both internal and external customers to identify their service needs, develop offers, negotiating tenders and finalizing contracts.
The team has regional sales pools in Sweden, Denmark and Germany and we all collaborate to target viable opportunities together. We offer services for all types of cables, both onshore and offshore, ranging from service agreements, emergency repairs and installation projects.
Europe is our main market but we tender on projects across the world and travelling is a natural part of the work. We offer you a challenging but rewarding work with much own responsibility where your competence and experience is vital for successful business. 

Socially skilled
To take on this role successfully you have some kind of technical background and it’s a strong merit if you have any relevant experience from offshore operations and/or civil works.  
It is also preferred that you have some years’ experience as sales manager in an international environment. 
To fit this role we believe you have a strong drive to generate business and satisfy customers. Your social skills will come well to hand when working closely with your coworkers making sure we win as a team and maximizes the business for NKT. 
This position offers an international context and some travelling must be expected.
Additionally, your CV comprises:
* You probably hold an engineering or sales degree at university level. Extensive experience from civil works and cable installation is required.
* If not – you have relevant working experience from international B2B sales, tendering and negotiations.
* Proficiency in Swedish and English is required, as are strong written and spoken communication skills.
