Volvo Construction Equipment AB, International Division has the total business responsibility for the product range of Volvo Construction Equipment in the regions Eastern Europe, Central Asia, Turkey, Middle East, Africa, Oceania and Cuba.The responsibility comprises marketing, sales, financing and also parts and service.International Division has regional offices in the markets where business is run.The Eskilstuna office has approximately 70 employees.About 80 persons are locally employed outside Sweden.We are now looking for a: Sales Training Manager Plans, coordinates, and executes sales related training and competency development programs for Volvo Construction Equipment (Volvo CE) and Volvo CE Dealers. The position will be located in Eskilstuna, Sweden and reporting to Vice President Sales & Marketing, International Division. Main responsibilities: Responsible to drive Sales Training initiatives in line with regional sales objectives.Bachelors Degree in an applicable field Proven ability to transfer knowledge Proficiency in use of database PC software and computer based training concepts Proven ability to work in, and lead, internationally customer focused teams Appropriate language skills, minimum fluent in English
