Job Title: Sales Workforce Director
About this opportunity
We are now looking for a new Sales Workforce Director. This role focuses about driving a customer-centric culture and enabling the sales workforce of the future.
The Sales Workforce Director is responsible for driving overall improvements for the assigned global job roles. You will identify key insights and act as an internal consultant to facilitate and lead change, as well as building strong stakeholder relationships.
What you will do:
Proactive identification of global level opportunities for ways of working, learning, collaboration and career improvements for the Pre-sales & Sales Support or Commercial Management employees
Perform pre-study assessments and recommendations for business cases development
Review and analyze employee feedback from surveys to identify global level improvement opportunities and measure progress of improvement projects
Understand new skill demands or requirements on the job roles coming from customer’s and internal stakeholders
Maintain and update the job role descriptions (responsibilities/tasks/skills/methods)
Secure competence assessment or certifications
Participate in assessments and learning deliveries to ensure program relevance
You will bring:
Subject matter expertise in pre-sales, sales support and/or commercial management required
Excellent communication skills – written and presenting – at all levels of the organization
Experience from Customer Facing Sales role, preferably 5-10 years
Proven track record of developing, driving and delivering improvement initiatives
Be organized and adept at navigating and collaborating across organizations, managing through influence, and establishing relationships
Be able to listen well, effectively negotiate, and manage conflicting points of view, as well as influence others in an organization to ensure alignment and progress
