As a Salesforce Administrator in the CRM Systems team at Epidemic Sound, you will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the Salesforce platform. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our Salesforce system remains efficient, user-friendly, and aligned with our business objectives. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization in order to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes and solutions using Salesforce.

What you can expect to work on;

- Configure objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, record types, Lightning pages, analytics, process automation, sharing & visibility, and user profiles.

- Ensure data quality and integrity within Salesforce through data cleansing, de-duping, and other data management techniques.

- Manage end-to-end implementation initiatives, ensuring successful deployment and user adoption.

- Facilitate end-user communication and manage power user groups, including organizing recurring power user meetings and preparing user communications for new features.

- Develop and maintain user training materials and conduct training sessions as needed.

- Provide technical support to Salesforce users.

- Own the platform support workflow and present updates to the Product Manager and Tech Lead on a weekly basis.

- Monitor and improve Salesforce platform performance and user adoption.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce features and best practices.

In order for you to thrive in this role, we believe that you have:

- A strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its core features

- Proven experience in Salesforce customization and configuration

- Experience in data management and analysis

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

It would be a bonus if you also had:

- Salesforce Administrator certification

- Experience with DevOps and release management

- Familiarity with other SaaS platforms
