About Kivra
We ask ourselves every day if there is a better way to manage your important documents. Why do we cut down trees, process them in factories to make paper and then transport that paper to mailboxes all over the country - when we can send letters, invoices and receipts digitally?
More than five million Swedes have already discovered Kivra. And more than forty thousand companies and authorities are connected to our network. But our journey has only just begun and we are going to continue to push ourselves to become an even better place for your most important things.
About the role
We at Kivra have over the course of a couple of years developed and matured the way we work with Salesforce. From having used Salesforce as a contact book, we today work in both Sales- and Service Cloud while looking at implementing Experience Cloud as a platform to build a B2B customer portal on.
At Kivra, we are now looking for a resource that can strengthen our organization and partly lead our further development to simplify and improve our processes. In the spring of 2023, we will initiate a large project in the form of building a B2B customer portal in parallel with ongoing improvement work within the framework of the components we currently use.
The team that today manages Salesforce consists of 4 forward-leaning individuals who have strong cohesion and good drive. We are looking for a person who can assume the role of a team player while we as a team sometimes need to be led when it comes to questions about architecture and processes connected to Salesforce.
What we are looking for:
- Self-driven Salesforce developer capable of developing and architecting solutions to support Kivra's Salesforce initiatives.
- Good understanding of Salesforce core functionality, standard configuration and best practices.
- Good understanding of process automation with Flows.
- Experience with Apex, REST APIs and SOQL.
- Experience working with Sales- and Service cloud.
- Ability to establish relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
A plus if you have experience in one of the following areas:
- Salesforce Experience Cloud
- Database development, data-modeling and data architecture.
- DevOps, git and CI/CD within Salesforce development.
If this sounds like it’s just about everything you want to do, don’t hesitate. We want to meet you. Like right now.
