Salesforce Configurator

Position Title: Salesforce Configurator
Required Skills/Experience:
- Hands on experience in Sales/Service Cloud
- Understanding and Work experience on CRM concepts which includes Objects, Roles, Fields, Customizations, Approval processes, Validation rules, Data loader, Workflow rules, Process Builder, Sandbox Lifecycle, Managed Packages etc.
- Demonstrated analysis, problem-solving and troubleshooting expertise
- Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate customer issues as required


Desired Skills/Experience :
- Understanding of other Clouds (Sales & Marketing)
- Knowledge on Lightning Experience (LEX) preferable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 - Experience working agile (Scrum and SAFe preferred)


Responsibilities:

Education:
- Computer Science/Information Systems degree
- Basic English language

This is a Jr. level role.


Product specific requirements:
- If working on CCX Products Sr. developers should have focus on Sales Cloud related objects (Leads, Opportunities, Quotes, etc). If working on Customer Care Product, Sr. developers should have focus on Service Cloud related objects (Cases, Knowledge, etc.)
