With Joint Academy, you’re joining a scaleup with a global reach beyond its origins in Sweden, treating patients in five markets across two continents.
The opportunity
Today Salesforce is integral part of our business supporting over 50 employees across multiple teams in five markets. In this role you will work closely with our Director of Operational Excellence and our current Salesforce developers to identify company priorities and leverage the Salesforce platform to accomplish the desired outcomes. This involves setting the roadmap as well as executing, monitoring, and closing of projects.
In short you will play an important role in providing an enhanced health care experience for our patients by improving our productivity, efficiency, scalability and waste elimination across the organization. We believe that you have worked with both custom development and overall Salesforce configuration in either one or multiple projects. In this role we expect you to:
Translate business requirements into new well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products. Your main focus will be on enhancing the experience for our patients and physical therapists.
Drive the continuous day to day improvement of Salesforce
Providing guidance and support to our employees on a case by case basis
Remain current with Salesforce technologies and best practices.
Requirements
+6 months in the Salesforce ecosystem. Understanding of the Salesforce product suite including Salesforce, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and AppExchange solutions
Solid knowledge of Salesforce process builder, work flows, permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, etc.
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with others in addressing complex issues involving multiple teams.
Fluent in English
You are located in Sweden and hold a permanent Swedish job permit. We have a remote first approach which means you can be located anywhere in Sweden

Work from a modern office, fully remote or a hybrid of the two. As of now, we have our main office in Malmö (40+ ppl) and one in Stockholm (~15 ppl). As we grow, we may be able to offer additional offices or co-working spaces in other cities as well.
