About the role
You will be part of us in Customer Solution Digital Delivery and a delivery team working in one of our larger projects implementing Salesforce in our business. The project has great focus and you will work in a team with both internal and external resources. The team will grow a lot in the coming year and you will have the opportunity to be part of one of our first delivery teams. We will work in a DevOps set-up with CI/CD.

In the role of developer within Salesforce, you will be responsible for and influence large parts of the delivery. You get to be part of the development process from idea to finished product and you contribute with business acumen and commitment. The department is facing an exciting journey regarding both technology and working methods, and you are given a great opportunity to be involved and make an impact.

In this role, you will work from our office in Malmö.

About you who we want to hire
We are looking for people who have previous experience of development within Salesforce.

You who are applying for this role should preferably have:
* Have proved capability in architecting solutions independently and design software on the Sales & Service Cloud platform with hands-on participation in building the solution for large implementation
* Proven results leading customer and/or partner success stories
* Relevant Salesforce certifications and consulting experience are strongly recommended
* Integrating to and from the Salesforce platform, plus knowledge of associated best practices and patterns.
* Building out data models that align with Salesforce standard and custom data objects, and data migration plans to migrate data in to the Salesforce platform.
* Knowledge of the licensing model in Salesforce, including edition limits and feature licenses
* Knowledge of business modeling, governance and operations
* Strong business processes, process documentation and process improvement skills
* Ability to explain complex technical issues in a way that non-technical people may understand


You have a good understanding of agile development methods and good knowledge of the tools Jira, Confluence and GIT.
