You will be part of our CRM team responsible for planning, developing and supporting the Salesforce platform for Tele2 Business.
You will responsible for designing, configuring, developing and supporting the Salesforce applications for marketing (Pardot), sales (SalesCloud) and service (ServiceCloud).
You will support and coach the business users and stakeholders to utilize the power of the Salesforce platform and show the art of the possible with the tool.
You will strive for using best practices and help automize the business processes using lightning apps builder, process builder, macros and flows.
You will help solve business and IT needs through design and development of custom code where standard configuration is not enough. This also includes building integrations to surround systems to make sure we have a 360 view of the customer and utilize data in the best possible way.



This is what you have
Relevant academic degree.
Development and programmer skills
Experience of CRM & CX area and the Salesforce.com product suite, in particular SalesCloud, ServiceCloud and Pardot.
Proficiency in, Confluence, JIRA and other equivalent technologies
Demonstrated knowledge of Agile/Scrum; Knowledge of SAFe would be a plus.
Experience from Telecom industry is a plus.
