Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
Lead and cultivate a team of dedicated engineers by overseeing hiring, providing mentorship, fostering inspiration, and offering constructive feedback.
Ensure our solutions meet customer needs swiftly and accurately by driving streamlined execution and fostering a culture of experimentation.
Act as the liaison between the engineering and product teams, fostering effective collaboration with product and UX counterparts.
Champion modern, agile software development practices and advocate for engineering excellence within the team.
Ensure the scalability, sustainability, and architectural integrity of solutions while managing technical debt conscientiously.
Collaborate closely with other leaders across the cluster as an active member of the Cluster engineering leadership team.

What you bring:
Proficiency in Typescript, JavaScript, Node.js, and related technologies, coupled with a genuine passion for people leadership and team development.
Comfort navigating ambiguity and empowering teams to thrive in uncertain and complex environments.
Strong delegation skills, with the ability to clarify mission, strategy, and goals while granting autonomy and flexibility to team members.
Experience building diverse and motivated teams, with or without prior Engineering Management or management experience (considered a bonus).
Deep understanding of translating product and business objectives into viable technical solutions and mentoring teams accordingly.
Extensive knowledge of modern software development practices aimed at creating customer-centric products.
Hands-on experience as a Software Engineer in Java within an agile environment.
