Salesforce Developer

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for managing the architecture and design of complex solution components (e.g., integration, security, custom development) as well as ensuring that the system accurately meets the defined expectations of the business and provides a seamless user experience.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Application design, configuration, testing and deployment
Collaborate with corporate systems and our stakeholders to determine business, functional and technical requirements
Contribute to development and execution of the roadmap for Corporate Systems
Verify that your work is ITGC compliant by following and continuously improving our deployment workflows and guidelines
Assist the team in understanding the complexity of technical requests to allow better planning and stakeholder expectation management
Maintain our internal Confluence page with technical documentation, how-to articles, and system policies

What experience is needed for this position:
Have at least 5 years of experience of working as a full stack developer, or 3 years specifically as a Salesforce Suite developer and preferably possess the relevant Salesforce certification
Experience and expertise in core web technologies
Software engineering skills with Force.com Platform (Apex, SOQL, LWC, Unit Testing)
Experience with web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML)
In-depth knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and ETL tools
Experience with Release Management, Source Control, and Deployment concepts
Understanding of agile development methodologies and working with project management tools, especially Jira, Confluence & GitHub
