Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Salesforce Developer who is experienced in Salesforce cloud solutions – marketing, sales & service.

What you'll do:
● Design test plans, procedures, scenarios, and scripts to accurately assess new products or software updates according to requirements and product vision.
● Collaborate with the teams to set guidelines and requirements on the test practices and QA process.
● Identify, analyze and create detailed records of problems that appear during testing, such as software defects, bugs, functionality issues, and output errors, and work directly with software developers to find solutions and develop retesting procedures.
● Track problems, resolutions, and bug fixes throughout testing and create a comprehensive database of defects and successful mitigation techniques.
● Create detailed, step-by-step documentation of test procedures for each phase or project as needed to ensure replicability, compliance with standards, and growth of the company knowledge base.
● Communicate clearly and effectively with test personnel, users, developers, and clients to facilitate quick resolution of problems and accurate documentation of successes.
Who you are:
● Have strong knowledge of QA methodologies, life cycle and processes and knowledge of Salesforce cloud solutions – marketing, sales & service.
● Have experience working closely with product teams and translating product requirements into detailed test plans and test cases.
● Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions, deal well with ambiguous/undefined problems; ability to think abstractly.
● Comprehensive experience integrating Salesforce CRM with different business systems, such as ERP or Marketing Automation tools.
● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
