Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Salesforce Developer who is experienced in Salesforce Data Model, Data Management best practices, Sharing and Security Model, Integration Patterns.

What you'll do:
● Design test plans, procedures, scenarios, and scripts to accurately assess new products or software updates according to requirements and product vision.
● Collaborate with the teams to set guidelines and requirements on the test practices and QA process.
● Identify, analyze and create detailed records of problems that appear during testing, such as software defects, bugs, functionality issues, and output errors, and work directly with software developers to find solutions and develop retesting procedures.
● Track problems, resolutions, and bug fixes throughout testing and create a comprehensive database of defects and successful mitigation techniques.
● Create detailed, step-by-step documentation of test procedures for each phase or project as needed to ensure replicability, compliance with standards, and growth of the company knowledge base.
● Communicate clearly and effectively with test personnel, users, developers, and clients to facilitate quick resolution of problems and accurate documentation of successes.
Who you are:
● Demonstrated experience of understanding business problems and the ability to independently design and develop Salesforce technology – enabled solutions to address their needs.
● Deeper experience of Salesforce Data Model, Data Management best practices, Sharing and Security Model, Integration Patterns.
● Understanding and experience of software engineering practices and its application on Salesforce platform e.g., Test Driven Development, CI/CD.
● Comprehensive experience integrating Salesforce CRM with different business systems, such as ERP or Marketing Automation tools.
● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
