Are you a driven and experienced Salesforce CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Functional Specialist looking to take your career to the next level? The essence of the role
As an expert in the Salesforce platform, you will be instrumental in various phases of our CRM initiatives, including pre-studies, implementation projects, and continuous maintenance. Your primary focus will be aligning our CRM efforts with the needs of our business, striving to improve benefits and enhance the user experience.
With your focus set on processes and requirements, you will develop overall business objects modelling, flow descriptions and user stories, and describe the needs to Solution Architects and/or Developers who implement the changes in the systems.
As our Salesforce CRM Functional Specialist, you will:
Structure and lead CRM initiatives, ensuring timely delivery.
Understand overall organizational goals and translate them into actionable CRM outcomes.
Conduct workshops with key stakeholders across the organization.
Document, analyze, and validate business requirements, bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation.
Provide high-level guidance for business and collaborate closely with Solution Architects and Developers.
Build user interface wireframes.
Offer insights and requirements to the Development team.
Assist in refining and prioritizing the backlog.
Create and present solution demos and train business users.
Define and build CRM reports and dashboards.
This role is based in Stockholm and offers a hybrid work model reporting to the Head of CRM.
Who are you?
Ideally, you possess a solid understanding of Salesforce CRM concepts and functionality, coupled with a genuine interest in staying up to date on changing business processes and policies. Your proactive approach to proposing technological solutions that correspond with business requirements distinguishes you. With exceptional communication and presentation skills, you can articulate complex ideas with clarity. Whether you work independently or as part of a collaborative team member, your versatility and efficiency contribute to the achievement of group goals.
To be successful in this role we believe you have:
Over 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM encompassing administration and/or configuration/development.
Proficiency in managing stakeholder expectations.
Strong IT/business mediation abilities.
The capability to ensure timely deliverables with a keen eye on financial implications.
A track record of challenging and enhancing existing processes.
Exhibits project management skills to define, plan and execute deliveries.
