From being a static, neglected piece of paper, our new and evolved invoice becomes an interactive way to create customer loyalty, all while making the process more efficient.
Billogram is a well funded scale-up on the verge of internationalisation, and the coming years will be a ride, as new markets will be added at a rapid pace, starting now. To support this growth journey we are looking for a Salesforce manager to help us build best in class system support to scale a winning commercial organization.
In our current Salesforce scope, we have Sales Cloud and Pardot under implementation with Service Cloud on the road map. Given that we are currently implementing Salesforce, this is a great opportunity for a person who wants to have a true impact on the system, by building, developing and continuously enhancing system support across a commercial organisation and processes. Focus of the role will be on development through configuration rather than coding. This is a prioritized area, key to create scalable processes and a data driven approach throughout the commercial organization.

Responsibilities:
Hands-on daily CRM (Salesforce) operations to coordinate and ensure the best execution including; building reports and dashboards, documentation of processes and architectural setup, data cleaning and accuracy as well as break fixes and CRM maintenance.
Manage all aspects of CRM and maintain a high level of communication across the sales team.
Responsible for continuous Salesforce trainings and onboardings.
Together with the sales team identify salesforce bottlenecks, challenges, and implement solutions to help the sales team to add scalability, drive retention, and incremental sales.
Evaluate, prioritize, develop, manage, implement and test CRM and tech-initiatives together with team lead and other stakeholders (eg: new tool integrations, automation/optimization etc).
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree within relevant field.
Previous experience from working with Salesforce, either in a similar role or as a consultant.
Experience from working in a high growth and fast paced organisation.
User centric approach and mindset.
Team player with strong verbal and written communication skills (in English), as you will be interacting with many internal stakeholders on a daily basis.
Tech-savvy individual.
Logical, structured, and detail-oriented with a process mindset.
Admin certification in Salesforce is nice to have but not required.
Not required:
Written or spoken Swedish.
