To further strengthen our Global CRM organization, we are searching for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Expert to support Global CRM team in executing strategies and creating highly engaging customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
What will you do?
As Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Expert you will be:
Responsible for Salesforce marketing system administration:
· Implementation, configuration and administration of Salesforce Marketing cloud, including setup of a new business units and features/functionalities
· Configure and manage Salesforce marketing cloud integrations with other systems and maintain data quality and integrity
· Work closely with IT teams to ensure data integration interface contains all data required for customer journeys and reporting
· Configure and administer Salesforce marketing cloud security, including user management, profiles & roles and permission sets
· Monitoring system performance and regular maintenance of Salesforce marketing cloud platform
· Handling internal inquires and resolving technical issues
· Conduct trainings for CRM teams regarding system usage, new releases and system enhancements
· Stay up-to-date with the latest developments of new features and functionalities in Salesforce marketing cloud
· Act as a single point of contact for Salesforce success team and/or external Salesforce partners for all technical queries
Responsible for setup and maintenance of customer journeys and automations
· Engage with CRM teams to gather and analyze business requirements and create solutions and customer journeys in Salesforce marketing cloud
· Prepare technical and user documentation for new journeys and automations
· Build automations within Automation Studio - writing SQL queries, setting up data import/export activities, preparing various target audiences and configure API calls for trigger sends
· Develop rule based, highly engaging and omnichannel journeys using Journey builder, Mobile studio, Advertising studio, Interaction studio and Einstein AI
· HTML email development – templates, content blocks and interactive emails
· Development of scripted emails in Email studio using AMPscript - rule-based email or content behavior, personalization and dynamic data
· Landing pages development in Web studio
· Einstein PI configuration - prepare and maintain content blocks with various product recommendation scenarios for email and web
· Help CRM teams to set up complex A/B testing scenarios
· Monitor results of CRM campaigns and propose journeys optimization

Your background and your qualifications
· University degree
· 2+ years marketing automation experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including system configuration and implementation, database management, and administration
· Deep knowledge of Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile studio and Interactions studio components
· Knowledge of AMPscript, HTML, CSS, SQL and/or SOQL and JavaScript
· Experience in designing integrations from/to Salesforce marketing cloud and other backend systems and maintaining Data Extensions
· Good understanding of Salesforce marketing cloud platform, data & security models
