Reference number: 1779 ERP Group within IT Services is looking for a SalesForce Platform Admin. As part of Information Systems, IT services manages the majority of interactions, services and business process support within Axis. IT Services consists of the ERP-group, the Project Office, the IT Helpdesk, the Web, the Usability-team and the BI-team.
SalesForce Platform Admin The ERP group at Axis is responsible for the support, maintenance and development of the ERP suite of systems at Axis including sales support, customer support and e-commerce systems. We have a lot of interactions with the organization around business processes and how to translate the requirements of those into supportive systems.
As a Salesforce Platform Admin you will together with the product owners adapt the system by configuration. You will maintain the users and make sure they have the prober permission set. Documentation of the system and the processes is another important task. You will contribute to the support of ongoing Sales operations, as well as being the main resource in implementing customer support system.
Since the system will have integrations with other business systems and there is development of different APIs it is much needed to have skills within handling of requirements and you will work together with development team at Information System. Also to be familiar with testing, verification and validation. We expect you to and have strong social skills.
Duties in short - Expected but not limited to:
Work with internal stakeholders to ensure configurations effectively support business requirements Implement and test new enhancement requests after assessing their potential impact Work with Quality Assurance to ensure creation of appropriate test cases and regression scenarios Manage security, users, roles, profiles, groups, queues, and other setup options Regularly perform database queries and reports Respond as second line support to tickets Create and maintain internal technical and end-user documentation Support and troubleshoot integrations between systems

Structured and inspiring in your work Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English Good communicator Driven and self-motivated Analytical and "lyhörd" +5 years’ experience working with business systems Relevant education from university Previously worked with SalesForce suite of applications like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Pardot Knowledge of APEX programming
