Are you passionate about driving innovative CRM solutions? Epiroc is looking for an experienced Salesforce Product Owner to lead the continued transformation journey of the Salesforce platform. In this role, you will work closely with key stakeholders across sales, marketing, and customer service, ensuring that our Salesforce platform continues to meet the evolving needs of the business.

Your mission
As the Salesforce Product Owner, you will play a critical role in providing Epiroc with a Salesforce platform that supports the needs of end-user teams across the company. You will take full ownership of the Salesforce platform journey, ensuring that the development and maintenance work aligns with the business roadmap, which in turn is co-created with stakeholders. In this role, you will work closely with teams in sales, marketing, customer service, and IT, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing the latest Salesforce features.

Some key responsibilities include:
* Taking ownership of the Salesforce platform roadmap at Epiroc.
* Driving the creation of the business request backlog and aligning it with business needs.
* Facilitating communication with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to gather and document requirements.
* Leading the business prioritization of backlog items and collaborating with the development team.
* Managing the documentation process for business requests and the backlog.
* Working with the CRM Operations Manager, Salesforce Platform Architect, and the Salesforce Lead Developer to assess solutions and set priorities.
* Serving as a member of the Salesforce platform steering committee.


Your profile
To succeed in this role, we believe that you must be passionate about change management and leading change. You thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment, working closely with multiple stakeholders. You have strong communication skills and a passion for optimizing solutions. You have a keen understanding of Customer Relationship Management, as a concept, and understand the value that this brings to the organization. You must be comfortable working independently and as part of both virtual and local teams, and you have prior experience from similar transformation journeys earlier in your career.

You bring the following skills and experience:
* 5-7 years of experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud, preferably in a multinational manufacturing company.
* Experience leading Salesforce transformations in an international setting.
* A proven track record of managing and optimizing the Salesforce platform.
* A deep understanding of Salesforce processes and best practices.
* Stakeholder and project management experience is a plus.
* A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Additional languages are a plus.



Location and travel
This position is located in Örebro, Sweden. Some domestic and international travel is involved in this role, approximately once a month.
