You will cooperate with developers, architects, Scrum master, product owners, our Nordic IT operation unit and cyber security teams and our commercial partners cross Nordic.
Areas of responsibility
Drive the Salesforce solution architecture work for initiatives within a specific domain.
Define and govern a common set of design principles and patterns that all Salesforce solutions should be built upon.
Solution Architecture work includes:
Find out, analyze, and document requirements.
Collaborate with architects from other areas (within Salesforce and outside) where needed to agree on a common solution.
Describe and recommend a solution (data model/sharing/API/Process logic/UI/etc.)
Collaborate with developers to ensure standards and patterns are followed and solution is according to specifications.
Participate in data migration strategy and planning from a Salesforce perspective.
Approve deployments of solutions throughout the deploy pipeline.

Competence & Requirements
+5 years of experience of technical solution architecture on the Salesforce platform.
Strong knowledge of Scrum (SAFe) or other agile methodology.
Preferably experience from the banking or financial sector.
Preferably a Salesforce certification.
Expert in all parts and layers of the Salesforce technology stack.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English.
Ability to understand complex business and technical issues.
