As a part of the CRM team within the AMP (our internal systems department within Tech) you will play a key role in delivering fantastic tools for our colleagues around the globe. You will be responsible for the technical vision and strategy for our Salesforce CRM environment, as well as ensuring the team has the processes in place to enable us to work fast while delivering features with high quality. Our Salesforce platform is essential throughout the customer lifecycle, from new customers to customer success to brand ambassadorship.
How you will make an impact:
Co-leading the team together with the Product Manager and Engineering Manager with particular focus on the parts of the technology platform that are important to the team.
Setting the technical strategy for the CRM platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud; Planhat etc) together with the Product manager based on the business needs.
Making informed recommendations about, for example, how data and events can be shared between our data lake and Salesforce and when to “build our own” or use standard components.
Continuously evaluating and orchestrating the improvement of our Salesforce technical environment, staying up to date with Salesforce’s latest recommendations and related technological advancements.
Evaluating and re-working our code review, testing, and deployment processes and automations. Setting the standard expectations for coding best practices and code review. You will be able to identify critical areas where our team can improve its coding and deployment standards, and plan and execute the path to excellence.
Setting the technical strategy for the team’s continuous progress, ways of working, execution and delivery in striving to successfully meet the team's and the organization’s overall vision and mission.
Spreading great and effective working relationships with close collaboration and communication in everyday interactions, ceremonies, and processes.

We believe that to succeed in this role, you have experience in some/all:
3+ years experience as an architect in a multi-cloud Salesforce environment, preferably Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
7+ years with IT projects (Salesforce multi-cloud experience specifically preferred).
Extensive experience and demonstrated competence in JavaScript, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, SQL, SOQL, Apex, working with REST APIs.
Experience with a CI/CD process such as GitHub actions.
Communication, collaboration and facilitation skills and capabilities. Including ability to effectively facilitate information flow and alignment between you and co-workers. You have a track record of working and communicating well with many different kinds of people.
The proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple dependencies, multiple stakeholders, and contributors with diverse skill sets. You get things done, both by yourself and with others, and you ask for help when you need it.
Curiosity and passionate drive for: continuous improvement, growth mindset, building and delivering great things to serve our users. You have a track record of putting the needs of the end users over technical perfection.

And it’ll be awesome if you also know a bit about:
ERP Systems (preferably that have been integrated with CRM)
Marketing Automation systems and processes around lead nurturing.
CPQ.
