Salesforce Technical Architect

About the Role:
We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Architect that would drive our strategic projects in Sweden. You would be partnering up with Solution Architects and our implementation teams in order to deliver a full and satisfying customer experience.
We are looking for a team player with strong communication skills who is happy to share knowledge with the team.
What will you do?
You would be responsible for:
Business requirements gathering
Developing project scopes and objectives
Working closely with the project team and Project Managers to advise on progress and share ideas
Prioritization of team goals.
Flexible and entrepreneurial, and to make faster decisions to changing market conditions
Resource and strategic workforce planning. They need to forecast people's needs (key knowledge, skills, and experience) and match supply to demand with respect to particular skills and roles.

You will be part of a very active team, and you will work in a company that is in a rapid expansion phase. We have multiple offices around the world, but we work as one global team, exchanging knowledge and supporting each other’s projects and customers.
