From our Atos Medical office in Malmö, you will be joining our global CRM and Commercial Solutions division, anchored in our Digital, Data & IT unit. Here, 3 teams with more than 50 committed and skilled colleagues across IT and business, a perfect mix of internal and external consultants, work every day to deliver a best-in-class CRM & Commercial solution – with a solid focus on our global Salesforce implementation.

Responsibilities:
* Owner and refinement responsible of technical solutions in Salesforce where we are really working in a trailblazing environment with e.g. Health Cloud, B2B Commerce, OMS, Sales Cloud, etc.
* Bridging the gap between Coloplast business capability requirements and the solutions signed off by the architects
* Bring solutions together into an end-to-end product
* Understand selected customer facing solutions
* Secure a robust, global and scalable solution serving our 4000+ users globally in 30 markets
* Making sure solutions are maintainable not only from a development perspective but also from an operational perspective.
* Be involved in- and supervise the development. In some cases, manage the configuration yourself
* Define and ensure that best practices and development principles are communicated and followed including securing that external resources deliver according to guidelines and architectural cornerflags
* Sparring with but also challenge external vendors
* Manage technical risk in development phase and in operations
* Work with PI planning and proactively contribute to the entire sprint process signing off the technical solution including test scripting and test documentation

Requirements:
* Salesforce experience is a prerequisite and preferable + 3-5 years
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
* Functional development skills
* Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
* Strong communication, motivational and interpersonal skills
* Visio diagrams and presentations
* You are used to work in JIRA or similar
* Speak fluent English
* Proactive and team player with a quality mindset
* Experience with working with integration systems like ERP and Mulesoft
