Your tasks:
Your mission will be to manage, develop, drive and coordinate all the sales activities through your sales team in the designated region in Europe, in order to maximize sales and profitability for LEAD.
With customer focus as your main objective - you will be a key person in our Global Sales Management team.
You will be responsible for creating and implementing Sales & Marketing plan for the sales region based on LEAD Strategy.
Ensure execution of Price & Profitability frameworks owned by Global product managers and for business processes SOPs.
Responsible to support the growth strategies within the region (budget quotations, order intake, revenue/casing, customer visits), follow up on open payments
You will create and maintain effective line of communication with all key stakeholders internally & externally.
Promote all aspects of LEAD business – both New Equipment and aftermarket - business to customers within Northern Europe, i.e. Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Baltic states and Norway

What you bring with you:
•Bachelor degree or above
•At least 2 years' experience in business development, preferably in PV or electrical related industries, excellent graduates are also welcome
•High interest in the development of new energy markets
•Ability to analyze and judge the market, good customer service awareness.
•Quick response, good communication skills, with affinity.
•Team player, conscientious, pragmatic and responsible, strong resistance to pressure.
•Good communication skills in English, Chinese
