Are you looking for an international career?BUSINESS CONTROLLER WITH INTERNATIONAL PERSPECTIVES Sandvik Tooling is a business area within the Sandvik Group and a global market-leading manufacturer of tools and tooling systems for metal cutting as well as of blanks and components.Annual sales are about SEK 21,000 M, with an operating margin above 20%.Products are manufactured in cemented carbide, high-speed steel and other hard materials such as diamond and special ceramics.Well-established brands are Sandvik Coromant, Sandvik Hard Materials, Walter, Valenite, Safety, Titex, Dormer, Prototyp, Precision Twist Drill etc. DESCRIPTION We are looking for a Business Controller responsible for the Financial Planning and Reporting process at Sandvik Tooling in Sandviken.Reporting to the Sandvik Tooling Business Controller, you will work closely with the Tooling Management, the Business Area and Product Area controlling organizations as well as Sandvik Group Finance.This position offers a broad international working network and very interesting development possibilities, both within Sweden and internationally.YOUR MAIN TASKS AND CHALLENGES WILL BE: * Responsibility for coordinating and developing the Financial Planning and Reporting process within Sandvik Tooling * Coordinating the Sandvik Tooling Business Controlling Team and the Product Area Controlling Organizations during the Financial Planning and Reporting process * Developing tools and methods for efficient business controlling * Participating in various change projects YOUR PROFILE You hold a Masters of Science in Business Administration together with a minimum of five years work experience from the controlling field or from qualified auditing.Very good insight in consolidation and financial issues is another prerequisite, as well as fluency in English. You need to have high analytical abilities and the personal integrity and collaboration skills needed to build effective partnerships.The determination to follow through on initiatives while at the same time maintaining a high standard of quality is equally important.
