We are not looking for a new SAP Access Management Steward to join us.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within the GBS organisation and play a crucial role in securing and managing critical data and processes managed within Mölnlycke SAP systems. The purpose of the SAP Access Management Steward is to safeguard, control and manage the access management processes within the SAP area, within the onboarding, movers, and leavers procedures.
The position is also a key user for SAP FIORI & responsible for delivering necessary internal control reports, such as segregation of duty & mitigation reports.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
· Monitor and manage relevant SAP access requests as first line support via applicable SAP assignment groups.
· According to defined Service Level agreements, manage, guide and control applicable stakeholders SAP requests via continuously dialogue with the requestor(s) when applicable.
· Continuously prevent Segregation of Duty conflicts occurring from an SAP access management perspective.
· Propose improvement in access management process.
· Function as key-user for SAP FIORI.
· Responsible for documentation, training, and communication in the SAP Access Management area.


Education, experience & qualities
· Solid understanding of Global processes operating within SAP and its relevance to SAP Access Management.
· 5-7 years of experience of SAP.
· University degree in Computer science, Information Technology or Business Administration.
· Analytical & critical thinker.
· Attention to detail and pride in keeping deadlines.
· Team & solution oriented.
· Flexible and open to change.
· Fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
