Within the product team Inbound Invoice Management, a part of the Finance Area, we are now looking for an SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) Application Expert to our solution for incoming invoices. You will be an important member in the SAP team and the product Inbound Invoice Management. The Inbound Invoice Management team ensures a smooth and effective process for the handling of all inbound invoices with a yearly volume of 3,5 million. Our customers are the local and central accounting departments, managers and other approvers of invoices and H&M suppliers.
Responsibilities
As an Application Expert, you will analyze business requirements and come up with solutions, develop, maintain and test the VIM solution. You will work with software engineering through innovation, enabling continuous improvements and minimum viable products. A software engineer is responsible for the entire software life cycle – design, development, test, release and maintenance and translates business needs into working software. You will work alongside a Product Owner, Business Experts and other Software Engineers in an agile team, embarking on a journey that will lead to something new and exciting - we will test, fail and learn. You are an important player in this transformation, taking lead within VIM initiatives. Our cross-competent product team offer great individual responsibilities where the team will be accountable for the whole product. You will also work with:
Analyzing business requirements and come up with solutions
Developing, maintaining and testing the VIM solution
Participating in troubleshooting alongside the team
Proactively and continuously improving activities in our complex, quickly transforming environment
Who are you?
We believe you have at least 7 years of experience with configuration, testing and support in VIM and surrounding solutions. You have genuine interest in accounts payable process flows and you are a team player with good abilities to work individually. You have experience of working in an agile way and like to lead new initiatives. You have a solution and service-oriented approach to your work with the ability to take responsibility and work proactively to improve activities. We also believe you have:
Extensive experience in VIM and surrounding solutions
Experience in setting up e-invoice integrations and from archiving and validation solutions
Experience of both non-PO and PO flow of invoices
It is also beneficial if you have experience in:
Core Capture
Business capture center (BCC)
Open Text Archive
Enterprise scan
Fiori
