We are now looking for a SAP Architect Specialist to join our Global IT Department. This position is to be located at our HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden or a regional hub across Europe. The purpose of the position is to be responsible for the design and architecture of the SAP ERP suite and adjacent SAP solutions used at Mölnlycke securing that the technical design of the platform meets short term and long term business requirements while being aligned to business & IT strategies as well as the architecture in adjacent areas. This position ensures that the delivery teams relying on the SAP solutions have a platform aligned with the overall architecture and security architecture. The position also develops and maintains solution related architecture assets, blueprints and roadmaps.
SAP solutions are vital components in the Mölnlycke IT landscape, supporting our global logistics, manufacturing and finance processes at our Gothenburg head quarter as well as our marketing companies and our manufacturing sites. As a SAP Architect Specialist you will work together with architects and delivery teams across Mölnlycke IT. You will facilitate the development of the platform roadmap and participate in the necessary activities keeping the solution future proof and in-line with our requirements.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsible for securing and safeguarding the integrity of the SAP solution architecture in line with domain and enterprise architectures.
Understand delivery teams, customers/user requirements current & future needs relevant for shaping the SAP solution architecture.
Understand the roadmap and application lifecycle model of SAP solutions in use at Mölnlycke to anticipate the business and technical impact of these changes to allow required actions are promptly and timely executed.
Understand the current and emerging portfolio of SAP solutions including applicable license models to spot opportunities and drive capitalization on the SAP investment
Collaborates with the delivery team members to deliver on specific SAP commitments.
Develops & manages architectural artifacts for applications & platforms within SAP scope.
Ensure enterprise-wide architectural adherence through participation in the architecture review process.
Actively contributes to & collaborates on overall Domain and Enterprise Architecture.
Drives and follow up key decisions regarding SAP architecture and design for a specific solution that is flexible, re-usable and in sync with changing business needs.
Promotion of best practice SAP architecture to secure robust solutions.
Develop and maintain SAP expertise and best practice in relevant area including business processes, technologies, applications and relevant data.

Design decision impacting the SAP architecture aligned with Solution Delivery Leads and the Domain Architects.
CAPABILITIES; QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology.
Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience; Minimum of 3 years working with SAP IT architecture.
Experience from agile development and DevOps methods including understanding of end-to-end Software Delivery Lifecycle processes.
System thinking with comprehensive knowledge of the SAP ERP platforms & associated technologies including documented experience of enterprise software and API oriented architecture.
Documented experience from applying digital technology creating business effect.
Demonstrated business acumen and relevant experience of business, customers and/or functional area.
Ability to gain understanding of customers’ business processes and unmet needs, while also managing expectations and scope.
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills & relations with ability to work effectively with stakeholders in complex organizations.
