Job Description
Would you like to be a sparring partner for business / key users on one hand and on the other hand the members of the SAP Authorization team for coordination of operational topics and projects?
Vattenfall IT is looking for the right person to fill an open position as Coordinator in the SAP Authorization team.
The following aspects are part of the role as an SAP Authorization coordinator
Overseeing the delivery of several simultaneously international projects and communicating expectations, ongoing actions and eventual issues to ensure delivery according to high standards
Managing business needs and balancing these with the security requirements as well as agreed concepts
Owning and developing best practices in regards of documentation
Coordinating and supporting external and internal audits
Responsible for several structural tasks within the team
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with
Experience from SAP Authorizations
Demonstrated ability to work independently, to take initiative and to follow-through
Communication and persuasion skills; ability to deal with political topics and to be diplomatic
Proven pro-active and result driven attitude with a strong focus on coordination and cooperation
You are very structured and performance-oriented
Problem-solving skills
