Vattenfall IT is looking for the right person to fill an open position in the area of SAP ERP with focus on SAP Security and Authorizations for our location in Stockholm.
Are you our next SAP Authorization - Coordinator?
As SAP Authorization Coordinator
You are a sparring partner for business / key users on one hand and on the other hand the members of the SAP Authorization team for coordination of operational topics and projects.
You coordinate the optimization of the different SAP authorization concepts on several SAP environments based on changes, (international) projects sand improvements of current processes.
In addition, you are responsible for safeguarding the processes and systems within the company, such as GDPR regulations, SoD handling and Security Guidelines.
Your Responsibilities
• Writing, review and improving documentation related to security and SAP Authorizations
• Supporting external and internal audits
• Regular maintenance and support
• Supporting several (international) projects
• Segregation of Duties handling and support (using CSI tool)
• Role design and implementation
• Implement security regulations in the different concepts
Furthermore preferably you have/ are:
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, to take initiative and to follow-through
• Communication and persuasion skills; ability to deal with political topics and to be diplomatic
• Proven pro-active and result driven attitude with a strong focus on coordination and cooperation
• You are very structured and performance-oriented
• You speak English fluently
