SAP Basis Specialist to Duni Group

YOU WILL

You will be part of our team at System and Support within Operations and this team consists of 10 individuals globally. As our SAP Basis Specialist, you will be responsible for the conception, setup, monitoring, performance, transports and troubleshooting of the SAP Landscape and their interfaces. This includes technical support for implementations and back-end production support of multiple SAP systems both for on premise and SAP Cloud solutions in different locations. Interaction with development, other support teams and business stakeholders will be a part of your role, such as collaboration with third parties and SAP Service provider. You will also communicate with SAP application experts regarding improvements and suggest maintenance and upgrade plans for the SAP Landscape.

Other daily tasks and responsibilities:

- Coordinate installation, patching and updating of SAP software products
- Transport Management, object changes and adjustment
- To be SAP Support Portal Superuser and SAP Enterprise Support team member
- Assist with SAP Archiving activities and archiving system interfaces
- Engage in SAP Security, SAP security notes and SSL Certificates
- Backup strategies of SAP systems, coordinate yearly disaster recovery tests
- Support concerning audit records for transports, client openings, etc.

YOU ARE

Preferably you have some years of SAP Basis experience for on-premise, knowledge of UNIX and Windows OS, SAP Solution Manager 7.2, SAP Cloud technical landscape, hardware sizing as well as base knowledge of Oracle, MS SQL Server and SAP HANA.
