Tetra Pak Global IM supports the Tetra Pak Group with all aspects of Information Manage-ment. We set the Information Management Strat-egy and Standards and work together with Tetra Pak's Global Process Owners to automate our business processes making sure we run projects & services that provide the greatest value for Tetra Pak and its customers. Global IM has 540 employees in four main sites: Lund/Malmö in Sweden, Denton in the USA, Singapore and Chakan in India.

We are now looking for an experienced and am-bitious SAP CRM Architect. Your job will be to provide leadership and support on the customer relationship management solution architecture within our early and subsequent initiatives to build a strong CRM solution globally. All our solutions will be based on standard SAP CRM functionality with some added Tetra Pak customizations.


Location for the position is optional, either in Lund/Malmö, Sweden or in Singapore.


Main responsibilities
- Develop application architecture. Conduct reviews, requirements gathering and analysis of organizational needs and goals for the de-velopment and implementation of the CRM system.
- Contribute to the development and review of CRM systems' capability strategy to meet business requirements.
- Provide technical guidance to application de-velopment teams. Consult on integration and conversion activities
- Participate in projects


Qualifications

You have at least 3 years of experience in SAP CRM Service, Sales and Marketing im-plementations including Interaction Center. You have participated in full project cycles of SAP CRM implementations and experience in customizations and enhancements of solutions including SAP CRM WebUI ABAP and ABAP 00. You have experience of SAP ERP and CRM MW integration and basic understanding in SAP solutions adjacent to CRM like BW, ERP and PI. If you know SAP ERP SD, LO, FI, that´s an advantage. You are experienced in solution architecture and project management. As a person you are business-focused, analytical, customer and service minded. You are a good team player and are able to interact well in a global/virtual team. Your communication skills in English are excellent

We believe that you have a University degree from a relevant area.
