About the job


We are seeking an experienced SAP Cutover Manager to lead and manage the cutover activities for a critical SAP deployment. This role involves detailed planning, coordination, and execution of all cutover activities across multiple streams, ensuring a seamless transition from pre-production to post-go-live support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP cutover processes, strong project management skills, and the ability to communicate and collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders.

Desired qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in IT project management or related roles, with at least 3 years specializing in cutover activities for large-scale implementations.
Proven experience managing complex cutover plans for enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, or infrastructure projects), experience in SAP is a plus.
Proficiency in cutover management tools and methodologies.
Good understanding of data migration, system integration, and IT infrastructure fundamentals.
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and managing risks related to system cutover activities.
Familiarity with change management practices and tools.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong leadership and team coordination abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex information to stakeholders at all levels.
Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements or unexpected issues.
