Description

The team maintains and governs a core process and data model supporting all activities in the program, including technology solution design, data migration, testing, training and hyper care. It maintains a “single source of truth” process and data model, ensures correct governance principles are applied to changes to the model and correct content is provided to all stakeholders within the program and in the broader organization at the right time and with the right level of detail.

The data governance lead inputs the data governance management methodology into the broader process mapping methodology and, together with their team, maintains the data model at data object and element level and ensures local change requirements as well as improvements to the global template and correctly documented.

Mandatory competence and experience:

- Data governance experience in at least two large scale, multi-region change programs
- Excellent understanding of master data management in SAP
- Strong understanding of end to end Finance and Procurement processes
- Knowledge and practical exposure to formal process management and improvement methods
- Business facing and able to influence senior stakeholders
- Degree educated or equivalent professional experience, able to quickly absorb large amounts of information, manage and simplify ambiguity
- Highly collaborative and delivery focused
