Who are we?
Volvo Cars is a company on a mission; to bring traditional car manufacturing into a connected, sustainable and smart future.
Since 1927, we have been a brand known for our commitment to safety, creating innovative cars that make life less complicated for our consumers. In 2010, we decided to transform our business, resulting in a totally new generation of cars and technologies, as well as steady growth and record sales. Today, we’re expanding our global footprint in Europe, China and the US, and we’re on the lookout for new talent.
We are constantly pushing our own skills and abilities to drive change in the automobile industry like never before. We are looking for innovative, committed people to join us in this endeavour and create safe, sustainable and connected cars. We believe in the power of people and will challenge and support you to reach your full potential. Join us and be part of Volvo Cars’ journey into the future.
What you’ll do:
• You will play a key role in ensuring the SAP system is up and running 24/7 for our factories.
• You will work together with the SAP program to launch new modules and functionalities ensuring the quality of deliveries.
• Make sure the legacy applications are up and running until they have been phased out.
• Participate in daily stand-ups to monitor the stability of our application landscape.

Who you are:
We are looking for you who have experience working hands-on with SAP and its different modules (pre-dominantly EWM, TM and SD). You have experience in supporting logistics operations from an IT perspective but you’re also familiar with cloud technologies (we use AWS and Azure). We see that you are fluent in Swedish and English.
Some of our legacy applications are built in .NET, Java, and experience in these technologies would be beneficial.
As a person, you are a true team player and love to collaborate with others in a multinational environment. You like to have fun at work and take great care in making sure everyone always feels welcome and included! And moreover, you are a self-motivated individual contributor and great teammate with the ability to multitask, prioritize and communicate progress in a rapidly changing environment
Good to know that this position is located in Olofström.
If you do not fit all criteria above, do not hesitate to apply. Most important is the willingness to learn and be a part of our journey towards a renewed application landscape that can support our business in the best way.
