SAP ERP Cross Functional Coordinator (f/m/d)

Vattenfall has a vision to be fossil-free within one generation. To accomplish this goal we are looking for a SAP ERP Cross Functional Coordinator (f/m/d) in our offices Amsterdam, Berlin, Stockholm, Gliwice or Katowice.

This role is a strategical important key position and you will be responsible to manage cross application topics involving all teams within our SAP department.

Your Job as SAP ERP Cross Functional Coordinator (f/m/d)
Receiver of cross functional project assignments and responsible for a setting up an appropriate project and maintenance organization for IT projects
Responsible for the governance and the implementation of certain cross functional systems
Responsible for coordinating the handover to maintenance of cross functional platform projects
Proactive contribution to the support and maintenance of cross functional applications
Analyse and solve problems in IT processes, methods and strengthen the cooperation across the teams
Follow developments in the IT market for best practices, identify potential improvements in cross functional platforms and translate the market information into concrete improvement initiatives
Coordinate cross functional and cross team alignment and improvement initiatives within a project and for the maintenance
Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and coordinator for defined cross application areas and solutions
Reoccurring alignment with the defined governance organization


Who are we looking for?
You have a broad knowledge in the area of SAP systems and their technical foundation
SAP Frontend, Archive and Content Management technologies are known to you
You have a strong interest in establishing common SAP solutions that support all parts of ERP – e.g. an Archiving Concept
You have got experience as project manager or coordinator in international cross functional projects and teams
You have a technical background of SAP administration or SAP consulting
As project manager or coordinator you have got experiences of different project management tools and methods
You have a relevant bachelor or master’s degree or equivalent experience
Knowledge about IT infrastructure and ITIL processes is beneficial
S/4HANA knowledge and experiences is preferred but not mandatory

Demonstrated ability to work independently, to take initiative, ownership and responsibility as well as focus to bring initiatives to valuable results
You have talent to motivate team members and to drive the team towards the same aim and results.
High communication and persuasion skills as well as ability to deal with ‘political’ challenges
Proven proactive and result-driven attitude with a strong focus on coordination and cooperation
You are very structured and performance-oriented
You communicate in English fluently – spoken and written
