Your role
You will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Required
Candidate must have SAP EWM hands on consulting experience in implementation, rollouts and support projects
Candidate should be familiar with integration of SAP EWM with S/4 HANA ERP modules, TM modules and other SAP/Non-SAP partner systems. Good warehousing process knowledge with mapping of processes for warehouse in a manufacturing business environment. Previous experience in pharmaceuticals projects is advantageous.


Required Knowledge/Skills
Should have functional consulting experience in SAP EWM (EWM 9.0 and higher is desirable) which would include at least 1 full cycle implementations experience from blueprint to post implementation or roll-out projects. An additional S/4 HANA ERP module knowledge like MM/SD/QM/PP or TM is plus.
Experience and good knowledge in Decentralized-EWM on S/4 HANA is highly desirable.
Knowledge on setting up EWM interfaces with external business partners and system like Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) would be a plus.
Experience with pharmaceuticals and life science projects is highly desirable.
Experience in integration with automated storage and retrieval systems using MFS concept is a big plus.
Should have lead EWM requirements gathering, preparation of functional specification document (FSD), Technical Scripts (TS). Should have supported Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), executed data migration and user training in EWM implementation and roll-outs.
Design and implement complex configuration management solutions for all EWM scenarios, integration with MM, SD, PP, QM and TM and lead the team in order to produce defect free product at the end of SIT & UAT.
Very good experience in warehouse processes of Outbound, Inbound & Internal Warehouse Operations.
Well versed and hands on experience with EWM system configuration for Goods Receipt with Put-away, Picking, Packaging, Kitting, Put-away / Interleaving, Transfer Postings, Physical Inventory, Bin to Bin Stock Movements, Cross Docking, Replenishments and Physical Inventory, Batch Management, Handling Unit Management, Wave Planning, Consolidation, Mobile Data Entry RF Integration, Advanced Production Integration, EWM-TM Integration and Label Printing/Label Management.

Deliverables
DrIve the requirement gathering and FIT/GAP sessions with the business users
Configuring the system and providing configuration documents.
Creation of system and process design documents.
Creation of Functional Specification documents as per business needs for WRICEF development and functional testing and certification of such development.
Test planning for integration testing, system testing and UAT including defect resolution.
Conduct UAT with business users.
Creation of any training material with functional information during training to support, handover or transition or end user training.
Carry out business and technical cutover, go live and post go live support.
