SAP FICO APPLICATION EXPERT
Lynk & Co is seeking an SAP FICO Application Expert to design, develop and support the financial and controlling business processes and operations to satisfy the Lynk & Co business model and customer needs.

As an Application Expert, you will:

- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements, and propose best practice SAP FICO solutions
- Design, customize, configure, and test FICO module as well as perform debugging
- Execute system configuration and deliver development together with the Geely IT team
- Through design of the system and business process, consider the relationships and structures of master data in SAP
- Align with other interfaced systems in design regarding master data and transactional data connections.
- Identify gaps, issues, work around solutions and structurally document technical solutions and user manuals.
- Provide knowledge transfer and handover sessions to 1st line support team.
- In association with 1st line support continuously improve the support quality.
- Proactively identify and propose flexible and scalable solutions for business improvements.


You will work in close collaboration with SAP Product Owners, the support team and our global Geely IT team. Your main responsibility is to be the expert of the SAP FICO module with good understanding of connecting SAP modules. High skills in configuration is a requirement as well as good knowledge in business area and the complexity of integrating systems and platforms that make up the Lynk & Co journey.

The position could be based at Lynk & Co offices in Gothenburg, Amsterdam, or Berlin. The position includes EU-wide responsibility, hence occasional travel may be required.

Who you are and what you have
- Strong business understanding in finance and controlling business areas and as well as in SAP systems.
- At least 5 years’ experience in SAP FICO module with configuration, implementation, and maintenance, including at least 3 full cycle SAP successful project implementations.
- Ability to independently undertake FICO requirement investigation, design, and implementation.
- Proficient in FICO module table structure and background settings with the ability to independently configure related solutions.
- Excellent in solution documentation and presentation.
- Excellent communication skills and good understanding of customer needs.
- Driven problem solver who takes initiatives, responds to changing priorities and proactively follow up discussions, open topics for moving things forward.
- Excellent in communicating with English, verbal & written.
- Experience working in multicultural Pan-European environment.
- Experience working with China is beneficial.
- Experience in SAP Fiori is a plus.
