SAP HR Operational Expert

You will be a part of a specialized SAP Center of Excellence team and stationed at CIO Office at ABB in the central parts of Västerås. CIO Office is responsible for IS governance and IS services in ABB Sweden. Our main tasks are to develop and provide IS services based on business demands. Our strategy is to source the services from external partners. Due to this, an important task is to manage the relationship with our strategic partners. CIO Office has to ensure that IS services are developed according to ABB policies and standards and that the quality is according to agreements. When it comes to SAP HR, ABB Sweden has beside OM and PA also implemented Time Evaluation, Payroll, Travel Management, Processes & Forms and Compensation Management. Time reporting is done both via Kaba terminals and manually entered via CATS. All employees got access to the SAP Portal.

Tasks
We are now looking for a SAP HR Operational Expert with the knowledge and will to ensure the continuous operation of the business, working closely with the business and the off-shore supplier. You will act as the link between our business and IS/IT and work proactively in order to minimize business disruptions.

Requirements
You are a SAP professional with a university degree or a few years? relevant work experience from a company applying SAP HR. You have extensive knowledge of the SAP HR module and understanding of SAP technology and best practices. You are proficient in English and Swedish, written and spoken alike. It is a plus if you have experiences from Swedish SAP Payroll or/and got deep knowledge within Time Evaluation, CATS and Kaba. Moreover, you need to be a strong and confident communicator, who can help our business units in their daily operations. Lastly, you enjoy working towards set targets and have a structured and goal-oriented approach.
