Job Description


Are you a skilled Cross Coordinator with the ability to navigate and build relationships across the organization? Do you have broad knowledge of IT infrastructure and thrive in complex environments? Then we are looking for you!
The product team Run Service SAP Tech is the team that provides availability and stable operations of SAP infrastructure for the H&M Group to safeguard business continuity. Run Services SAP Tech manages and control the technical delivery provided from our vendor of SAP Platform including handling of incidents and monitoring. We are fulfilling capacity needs and non-functional requirements and with Cross Collaboration in Business Tech ensuring efficient management of incidents, problems, and changes. We are performing deploy to SAP Platforms production environments to secure segregation of duty. Providing and enables development in Business Tech for improved customer experience supporting new initiatives and business development on the SAP Landscape.

Responsibilities


We have a strong focus on delivering a stable, scalable, well performing and secure infrastructure and application in our fast-moving global multi-channel environment to our business. As SAP Infra Operations Cross Coordinator you will be an ambassador for our area and work in a cross dependent delivery. You will continually look for areas of improvement in service delivery and drive improvement work together with other team members and vendors. You will create and maintain a good relationship with our main internal contact areas and users and with our main external supplier. You will also drive continuous service improvement together with other teams both within IT and the teams from our main supplier. Other tasks include:
•  Monthly Operations meeting with our vendor for follow up on SLA and KPI
• Weekly Operations meetings for status and escalation
• Maintenance plans for all the solutions and environments in the area are created and followed up
• Prioritize and report on operational work tasks within this delivery area
• Securing and commitment in continuous improvement of our internal and external processes, routines, tools, competence, WoW and Services within the delivery area
• Work in both Service Now for follow-up of Incidents, Problems, Changes and in Jira Cloud for steering and control of tasks for new initiatives and Business Development delivered by HCL
• Maintaining and update Product Team information on SharePoint site
Who you are
We believe that you have technical and functional SAP knowledge as well as broad overall experience of SAP. You are good at developing and working in cross collaboration challenges. You are driven, being motivated and interested in working in a dynamic environment with constant changes. You have a broad knowledge of IT infrastructure and excellent communication skills with fluency in English. We believe you are a team player with great personal drive and enthusiasm with the ability to easily connect with and socialize with colleagues/partners. You are well-structured and thorough with ability to work independently. You are solution oriented, and service minded with business in focus, having the ability to identify and focus on the most important areas and tasks. You are confident in your position and in your competence and take ownership and responsibility with a proactive mindset. We also believe you have:
• Experience from working with Application Operations & support in a large IT organization
• Experience and good knowledge of ITIL and ITSM (Service Now)
• Experience and good knowledge of Jira and Atlassian
• Experience of participating in technical projects
• Experience of working with external vendors and managed service
• Experience of working with outsourced solutions
• Being customer oriented/focused
It is beneficial if you have:
• Any earlier SAP experiences and landscape knowledge
• Experience and knowledge of working with large scale data center infrastructure
• Experience and good knowledge of ITIL and ITSM-tools, we use ServiceNow
• Experience and good knowledge of Jira and Atlassian
• Knowledge of DevOps as a concept and experience from collaboration and communication between cross-departmental functions
