SAP IS-U Revenue Management Specialist

Your responsibilities as IS-U Revenue Management Specialist
You will provide expertise in the areas of implementation of ongoing projects, maintenance and support to ensure technology solutions are designed, developed, and implemented to meet business needs. You will assist in the planning and design of new or upgraded systems. Identify Improvement areas and continuously improve the delivered services.

Key Objectives in the role
• Assume responsibility for functional design for smaller assignments and for projects.
• Analyze requirements for adherence to business objectives and consistency and challenge them as appropriate
• Support Business in SAP IS-U related questions and incident handling
• Implement and coordinate changes together with other departments
• Daily monitoring and incident management. Troubleshooting and preparation of proposed solutions for bug fixes


Your qualifications as IS-U Revenue Management Specialist
In this role as SAP engineer it’s important that you are self-driven, proven pro-active, analytical and knows how to prioritize. You are a team player who actively engages people by asking, sharing, helping or asking for help. You feel personally committed to the goal setting and delivery of the team (local and international).
You have a university degree, technical/financial degree or equivalent education. You have deep knowledge within Revenue Management process areas: Incoming- & outgoing payments, FICA or FICO, Accounts payable & receivable, Dunning. You have strong communication skills, problem solving and collaboration skills since you will be ensuring effective collaboration with business stakeholders and developers.

You also recognize yourself and have understanding in the following skills:
• You have related experience in designing, developing and maintaining on SAP application level or equivalent
• Fluent Swedish and English in writing and verbally
• knowledge and experience of the Utility industry processes is a merit
• Merit to have relevant ABAP skills in order to perform troubleshooting, identifying problem areas and initiate the solving of incidents
• Merit to have knowledge in industry frameworks and methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, SCRUM, and ITIL
