SAP IT Security Architect

The SAP Architecture team is looking for an SAP Architect to work in Göteborg, Sweden to manage our current SAP landscapes and to help us to transform in line with our ongoing S4HANA journey.


The SAP Architecture team consist of 10 SAP Architects based in Sweden, France, India and Poland, so you will be part of an experienced team in an international and multicultural environment.


Within Volvo Group, we operate 40 different productive SAP on-premises systems and SAP cloud SaaS applications. More than 400 employees and contractors work in the SAP area at Volvo and 75.000 employees use the systems.


Your role would be to support our current challenge - the move the existing landscape from on-prem to Volvo private cloud. We are also migrating solutions from primarily ECC and BW to S/4HANA and BW/4HANA. You will work within the SAP Center of Expertise (CoE) which manages IT activities and drive change initiatives in the SAP area for Volvo Group. Our SAP Architects take part in global assignments in Volvo Group and drive internal SAP innovation initiatives, tech watch and creation of frameworks and guides.


Your responsibilities:
You will work as IT Security architect in the SAP domain where you cooperate with our Infrastructure Provider HCL and Volvo Cyber Security teams
You secure that new and existing SAP components comply with Volvo architecture framework, including the IT Security framework
You support change initiatives with input to IT Security check, mainly in application and integration security areas
You secure that we operate our new infrastructure landscapes in a secure way and line with SAP security baseline
You actively contribute to tech watch and pre-study activities, where findings are presented in the global SAP communities at Volvo.
You support with IS security aspects in creating SAP best practices, implementation standards and frameworks for Volvo



Your background :
You have relevant master’s degree from the university and have at least 5 years of experience of IT Security architecture
You have experience from some of the following areas : Cloud security, Network security, Identity and Access Management, application security, IT vulnerability remediation
You have experience from security frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, ISO27000 etc
You are genuinely interested in technology and IT security
You are used to document, present and knowledge share in an agile environment
You must speak English fluently
