Order management
Creating Factory orders
Processing backorders that have been sent in by Dealers and appear in SAP
Obtaining confirmation from the Product Managers regarding the special or manual orders
Creating orders in SAP that correspond to the Factory orders

Transportation
Create transport requests in SAP
Creating transportation orders for deconsigned vehicles to a new dealer.
Providing the required documentation for the transportation and customs.
Organizing different kinds of special transports

Invoicing
Track production
Informing internal and external stakeholders about statuses on vehicles, such as expected delivery, order status etc.
Communication with sales



We believe you have worked in a similar position for at least 3 years. As a person, you are social, structured and willing to work under pressure when needed. Knowledge of Swedish is a plus.
