Do you want to be part of leading and developing SAP solutions for the Electrolux Group? We are looking for an of SAP Manufacturing Controlling Specialist to join the Team.
In the role of SAP Manufacturing Controlling Analyst you will be part of the Controlling Solutions Team within the Group IT Organisation. The Electrolux Group is currently using SAP in all four Electrolux Business Areas (Europe, North America, Latin America, Asia Pacific & Middle East/Africa ) with ongoing projects and further plans to drive the continued rollout globally in the coming years.
In the role you will be reporting to the Controlling Solutions Manager. The role will have responsibility for the governance of the manufacturing controlling solution blueprint and provide support to the local Project Teams deploying the solution. The position will involve extensive collaboration with the local Project Teams and Finance Stakeholders at both a Group and Local level and therefore the ability to communicate with many levels of the organization will be key.
The scope of manufacturing controlling includes factory controlling and product costing (including parts of material ledger). In addition to a deep knowledge of these core areas, the role requires the ability to work cross functionally with an understanding of SD, MM, logistics process and how these solutions integrate with the controlling solution. As part of the phased deployment in some locations it will be necessary to initially implement the Finance solution and integrate with the existing regional factory execution solutions.
Tasks:
•Provide SAP technical expertise within finance and controlling manufacturing solutions in Electrolux
•Work closely with project teams and provide expertise to support new requirements and analyse solution feasibility as well as system impact
•Prepare, analyse and create functional designs
•Evaluate requirements from an E2E manufacturing controlling process including interfaces and connectivity with other applications
•Support business go-lives
•Develop SAP blueprint materials (process design, customizing design etc.) for new initiatives within the areas of responsibility and documentation of present solutions
•Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and look for standardization of the processes across all Business Areas
•Develop and maintain training materials and provide training of the solution to local key users to secure users have sufficient process/system knowledge prior to any go lives
•Prepare solution presentations, driving, coordinating and/or conducting workshops, demos and meetings whenever required for the roll out projects or other initiatives
Qualifications:
•Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Finance processes, including SAP FICO modules, in a multinational environment
•Knowledge in Factory Controlling and its principles
•Experience of working with finance manufacturing
•Basic knowledge of SAP integrations (IDOC’s)
•Proven project management/participation experience
•University degree in economics, finance, IT or technical studies
•Willingness to work in a fast-pace environment and delivery-oriented team
•Good knowledge in MS Office and general IT skills
•Excellent ability to collect, coordinate, organize and analyse business requirements
•Availability to travel when required
•Very good command of English
