SAP MDM Coordinator

we are looking for a SAP MDM Coordinator.

Role Summary:


- Amplify Data Design for cross-functional objects (Article & Business Partners)

- Coordinate and consolidate the Master Data needs between Amplify and the wider estate

- Coordinate and drive decisions of the data objects through the agreed process in line with Amplify Plan

- Delivery of complete model including all relevant data fields for the cross-functional objects (Article & BP)

- Help drive cross-divisional master data harmonization

- MDM Coordinator expected also step into FDA role, driving data preparation for these objects and share other FDA responsibilities incl Data Mapping.

Profile


- Experience in large-scale ERP implementations

- In-depth knowledge of Material and/or BP data models in S4 HANA

- Experience within Master Data Management

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Objectives


- Establish Amplify Master Data Model for cross-functional objects like Article Data & Business Partner data

- e.g. perfect Material list (how fields and field values to be used)

- e.g. perfect Business Partner list (how fields values to be used)

- Data Ownership during Implementation for general cross-team shared-data decisions (like Article Data & Business Partner Data)

- Data model definition along SAP best practices and standard system capabilities.

- Follow cross-divisional harmonization as design principal

- Help the Group Data Management Team to evolve Group Standard on data.

Responsibilities


- Coordinate data decisions-making on

- Master Data (primarily shared data objects, e.g. Article & BPs)

- Define Amplify master data touchpoints with key interfaces. Clarify sources of needed field catalogue (EPR internal, external systems)

- Ensuring data model suitability for the needs of all E2E teams of shared master data.

- Ensure Amplify internal data structures are aligned with Group Standards

- Collaborate with Business Process Teams for definition and approval for Master Data Creation Processes.

- Take part in Master data related Integration and Data Migration workshops to present field level details of different master data objects.

- Act as FDA Role for Data Migration of objects in-scope (article, BP)

Location: Remote (80%) and Huskvarna (20%)
