SAP MM Specialist

Our Procurement department in Malmö are looking for an SAP MM Specialist
The Process and System support department is locally responsible for the governance of procurement processes and systems associated with the procure-to-pay-process (P2P) and the tender process at E.ON in Sweden. We are currently driving an SAP MM efficiency agenda, where you will have a key role to improve our transactional process.

The role of the System & Process Developer is broad and where you will work mainly with technical applications in order to identify, maintain, evaluate and develop the flows in SAP Material Management. You will work close to the business with the responsibility to analyze and improve business processes in order to increase business value.

You will focus on of implementing and testing centrally set standards, troubleshooting when needed, guiding and educating the business and the procurement organization on how to best utilize the system landscape as well as identifying and investigating potential system enhancements/efficiencies.

Emphasis is placed on the ability to challenge buyers and business in finding lean P2P setups and supporting in implementation and set-up of call-off solutions available in our system landscape. This includes supporting with how to set up SAP contracts, service- and material masters. You will also be responsible for the local support of our e-business transaction solution, SAP EBP.

The position calls for the ability to translate business requirements into viable solutions. These solutions are then your responsibility to present and drive centrally. Your communication skills are therefore the foundation for a successful project.  

To be successful in this role you will need the ability to work both with technical SAP MM tasks as well as being a part in the implementation and education phase. It will require own drive as well as strong communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships both with local and central stakeholders. You also possess the ability to take on holistic /end-to end approach in all the work you do, ensuring that the solutions we implement will work in our business processes.

 

The position will most likely require:

 


Profound knowledge / experience in SAP MM, preferably you have experience from differnt phases of SAP projects: troubleshoot, analyze, test,implement, educate, support, project management
Good business understanding, i.e. ability to discuss and propose solutions that fits variouse business needs
General procurement process understanding
Strong coloaboration and communication skills - ability to work closly with other support fuctions on system enhancements  as well as driving implementation of new or maintain existing solution in SAP
Degree in computer science or equivalent and/or at least 3 years technical SAP MM experience
Fluent in English – writing and speaking
Experince working with/supporting in SAP PM is desired
